We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost in full — just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Restocking Fee We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
